Every student should study at the rhythm that is right for them. To achieve mastery, we recommend one lesson per week, with a few weeks of rest (e.g., vacations) throughout the year.
Which pianos do you recommend?
We recommend Yamaha and Steinway & Sons. Yamaha and Steinway pianos have the rare combination of beautiful tone and amazing touch. They are expensive but are excellent investments, especially for students looking for instruments to help them grow.
Do you have a recommendation for a teacher for children under 10?
We recommend Marci Scalise. Marci is a phenomenal pianist, violinist, and teacher who teaches piano, violin, ukulele, and music theory to children ages five and up in her studio in nearby Manchester, NH.
What do I do if I need to reschedule a lesson?
If you need to reschedule, just let us know by 7 AM the morning of your lesson. There is no fee for lessons rescheduled by 7 AM on the day of the lesson. Any lesson rescheduled later than 7 AM on the day of the lesson will be billed.
I’m running late! Can I still come to my lesson?
Absolutely. We will do as much as we can in the time we have.
